Volume 2 of Talks by Rudi contains talks from January 4 and January 24, 1973. Rudi spoke about the conscious effort that spiritual practice requires and the need for us to take responsibility for our own growth. The spiritual work outlined by Rudi was simple: we need to open our hearts and minds, absorb nourishment, and release tension. His voice provides the inspiration we need to pursue it.
